atm my forums r kinda.... dead i tell loads of ppl they just say cool and never register :( the current default style is one made by ihcf called Illogical Sense, i'm currently making a new style for my forums, hopefully i get somewhere with it

No offense intended, but there are 1000's of other web design & gfx communities out there already, which will make it harder for you to work with. When doing a forum, it is best to be as original as possible; while it may be hard, it is possible.

Agreed, but like SD said, it isn't impossible. I mean look at all of the gaming sites and forums out there. That is what my site/forum is geared to and yet I am coming up on 1500 members and hosting almost 50 team forums...

I agree too, also it's nice to use a style thats made exclusive for your site. Styles that are used in many places don't always get everyones liking.

I'm currently making an original exclusive style for my site. I can't seem to think of a good subject for my site, might have a gaming forum, but 2many of those aswell iwould say. Anyone looking for a forum with a certain subject they can't find? well i'll make one :D

that's the only problem, no-one wants to be a member in a good forum, they all want to own it.

Most hosting don't allow adult sites for that reason.

heh, an adult forum will not be coming here, too many young viewers and it has nothing to do with vBulletin at all :).

If you`re going to be using it as a GFX, coding, and web design community (as you stated in one of your posts) I think, well I know, that origonality is the key, not to use freely distributed styles. Just my thoughts.
