VB License Integration Problem

I havent bought a vB license, but instead I use a free forum from TOGRC, my web site is http://www.togrc.com/forums/index.php?ID=gamemaster&s=

since i did not buy a license, i dont think i could input my email into the link u gave us. What can I do to gain access to the forums besides buying vBulletin (i may do so at another time, but currently we must stay free for certain issues)

Sorry but we only support vBulletin. You must also be the owner of the license or be authenticated by the license owner.
