UBB 5.x navbar

I've been trying to get one like the old UBB 5.x series, it takes up less room and is more organized. However, with the sub forum system vB has, this is very difficult. has anyone been able to do this, or know how to make one?

Do you have little folders to add? You'll also need the white line in an image.
