How can I add a TOP button and a BOTTOM button on the FOOTER and on the HEADER so I can quick jump to the top and to the bottom of my forumhome?
And second question. Is it possibile mantain the HEADER fixed and scroll only the forumhome?
Tnx in advance, nomad.

1: Use <a href="#top">Top</a> and ...bottom.... You may have to define anchors for both places (<a name="top">).
2. The only way I can think of is using frames and that gets really tricky.

It's tricky so the easier way is good for you and filbie. :)

for going to the bottom use:
<a href="#bottom">
Then in ur footer, put <a name="bottom"></a>
then for going to the top use:
<a href="#top"> in ur footer
