A screenshot would help.

I dunno how...
I'll try to explain it a bit better...
I want the area that you are reading this in to be scrollable up and down...
leaving the signature in its place...
just the $[message] code to be scrollable

Go to your page. Use the 'Print Screen' key to take a screenshot. Then copy it into paint or any imaging program and save the picture.

he just wants the posts to appear in a frame.
you can use frames, but hacking will be required....www.vbulletin.org for that

to make a postbit a frame without hacking uses iframes but then you "severly" limit your unfixed width in the pages. Not to mention your browser compatibility goes down the drain.

yep i personally hate it when someone uses fixed pages for a forum like VB then sticks it in a frame to small *rolls eyes*

And scrolls everywhere aren't the most attractive thing anyway.

i realize the scrolls aren't th most impressive thing..
but then again..a sweet postbit style with excellent graphics doesn't look all that impressive either.

A balance of images and tables looks the best. :)

Yeah gotta agree to that. This is one of the best balanced forums Ive ever seen. Simple yet effect and a good choice of extreme templates for everyone to use.

i'm not saying i don't agree...
But neither this..nor an extreme set will work for the site I am creating...
I need the postbits to be scrollable..
