Great Postbit

I was looking around some forums i usually go to, and i came accross this one, i took a small look around and seen they had a basic forumhome, i looked through the site, when i looked at their postbit, and just absolutely loved it, and from what i can see, it looks pretty simplistic to me, anyone feel like making this

Ugh, that style is blinding.

I can do it, just HTML but It requires alot of images I wouldn't make. :p
