I dont think anyone will be releasing it as the style you see is only for beta purposes, vBulletin 3 will look very differnt as we get closer to the final release.

Maybe if they finalise the style before a beta is released, we may have it released.

You're missing the point, there is no known vB3 postbit yet.

While vB3 has indeed not finalized it's Templates, maybe the user likes it's current Style (of the Beta in vb.com) and wants someone to make him that, and not what vB3 will have, if that made sense.
