Yea, it's pretty sweet
I've wanted to learn how to do that in flash... just cant seem to get it to work :(

Look in the footer, I think Ravio or somebody else released it and you can buy it.

I'm pretty sure it was pank. Most of the styles (besides default and orbitz I think) are from pank. Check the announcements forum as they were announced when added. And I'm 100% sure it's available to buy. :)
