Author: filburt1
Description: Adds checkboxes on the reply form for closing and sticking the thread, provided the user is an administrator, supermoderator, or a moderator for that forum. Additional usergroups can manually be granted access as well.
Demo: None yet

What a user sees if (1) they're not an admin/smod or (2) aren't the mod for that specific forum:

lol great feature, something i really required for my forums at the moment, we just switched to a vB from a iBF and the mods are going crazy trying to close and sticky stuff

EDIT: one thing that "bugged" me about this was that the sticky button for replying was always set so it was already checked, how can i change it so it isn't

It should be checked only if the thread is already sticky. That is, not touching the checkboxes shouldn't affect the thread.

So is it not working in that respect?

umm I installed it but nothing changes...no new check boxes...

it would be nice if it was put in when you make a new thread.

I usually sticky when I start the thread more then when I reply. ;)

Hey, take it or leave it :p

It will be hard anyway because the query needs a threadid, and that threadid is made when you post a new thread.

same cmon frog man your are some crazy template mod man you can do it

filburt1

No, because as I said you have to know the threadid to stick a thread and the threadid isn't created when you want to stick it.

Try changing the check to see if the page is newreply.php or showthread.php
