Install button

For some reason the install button is only on the default template (Grid Lock). Is there a way you could put it on every template here?

The reason it's not on those is because SD never put any Template additions he put on the default template onto those skins. He is aware of it as far as I know.

Ah, ok. I was just confused because it would say "Click the install button if you use this" and I never saw it, and I like being able to give credit whenever I use a template/postbit mod.

And on an semi-related note on the Tren Z template, at the top it says "Your forum name here" when it should probably say "vBulletin Templates"

Like I said, SaintDog hasn't touched the styles.
