Usually the mod box is on the very bottom of a thread, how can I change it so that moderators have this box right on a posting?

Okay, so maybe you can post a screenshot of where you want it moved. I don't understand, you want it in a post? o_O

In the pic you can see what I want. I want the adminbox to show next to EVERY POSTING so that in a long thread the mod/admin does not have to scroll down to the very bottom of the thread to move/delete etc.

hmm i dont understand why, cuz ... the admin options will change THREAD options and not post OPTIONs ... so you need only ONE admin options on shothread.php ... or not

Yeah, a bit weird to have it there. o_O

I just want it there so that a mod/admin does not have to scroll down to the very bottom of a thread, call it a lazy mod/admin ;)

I found the phpBB2 Post/Thread Control to be better and I am now trying to get at least a bit of that comfort back.

Is there a way to DELETE a single Post out of a thread with vB? On phpBB2 there was a little button right on each post that the mod/admin can just click and kill that single post.

one moment :)

to your first question :

$adminoptions <- post this in your postbit template everywhere you want ( not tried , no possibilite to try now )

second question:

yeah there is a way, you need to klick Edit on single post and then mark "DELETE" on top the appearing page ...

i think you could find a hack at www.vbulletin.org with DIRECTLY deleting as well

Thanks Lordstar. Tried the $adminoptions but it does not show up. I will take a look at vb.org for the hack.

I'm pretty sure it will need file hacking for it to work in postbit.
