[Release] Forum jump on index

Its been requested a few times, i posted this code in the support forums today and it works. Ive doced it and ive decided to make a release. This is more of a guide, it will require alot of editing on your part to get it to work with your forums. Screenshot in next post. if you use this please click the install button.

dont really see the point in having a forum jump on the main forum page.. cuz all forums are present there already..

This is hard-coded though - good since it doesn't add anymore queries, but bad if you add forums or change forum titles all the time. :)
