ok let me try to exmplain what i need

I would like another page besides a vb one
to show up in my whos online page

so say i have a user filling out a contact form I would like the whos online to show he is on that page

You mean who's online on a non-vB page? Thats a hack, go to vBulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org) and search for coologinvB
