Nice, a few things.

-You should seperate the welcome panel from the PM's because the avatar stretches out that table too much for the globe.
-Use blue globes, not yellow. No match.
-Use descriptions, makes your forumhome look cleaner.
-Your postbit author column is okay but I don't think you need to have everything there in that table. Maybe change the status to wording like here.
