New Style and Additions

I have been working on this style for a little bit tell me what ya think. I have flash header buttons and soon the whole site buttons will be like that. Give some opions on what I can do etc..

wow - i dont know if i like it that much - it is VERY crowded, and hard ot read black on red

Ugh, way too many tables. Too crowded.

And some of the font is a bit big. And some of the stuff is placed in the wrong areas IMO.
