Page numbers in boxes?

Hey all. This is a really nice site! I'll recommend this place. I have a question, though.. I notice the page numbers in boxes - and the whole box highlights when you scroll over it. Where can I find this? I know it's here somewhere. But, I did a search and came up empty.. Can someone lead the way?

when you edit the postbit part you will see the code for when you change pages... all vbt did was made the #'s into images make the images and redo the code...

may not work i've never tryed
