Looks nice but on the actual forum it's hard to distinguish when the forum category tables stop and the background begins. I dont like that to much. Other then that it's good.

BTW: Little off topic but just had to ask. Where'd you get that nice tool bar of yours :D

The little bar on your computer where all the windows that are open are displayed. I believe it's tsk bar but I said tool bar.

That is one of the default windows xp taskbars.
As for the theme, I know you hae put alot of work into it, but the color scheme does not work well for me.
