As of so far, I am only using default images. It is the actualy layout of the postbit that I am focusing on...and that is what I am sharing.
One image has been changed, and that is the on/off image. Nothing magical there.

Here is the screenshot (might be poor quality)

Let me know what you think.
Oh, there is no profile button, as the online/offline indicator next to the name is a link to the profile, along with the username and their avatar.

Looks nice, it's similar to the one I made for my site, I never released it though. Very good.

Nice. I would align the sig bit to the left though, ;)

It IS aligned to the left. See the bit that says "Testing the look of a signature with text"? That is a signature. And it is on the left.

:) Sorry... I meant right. Anywho, I am gonna use this postbit for my vB. Nice work. Did you mean images for teh top and bottom of the posts?

Bad Bunny

No I didn't. I had no intention of doing that, as it has become far too popular, and as you can see I was trying to go with a non trendy vb look.

css. Here, try this.
In your Header include for the style, place
hr {border: 1px dashed {tableheadbgcolor}}
or, any other color you wish to use.

(I base my other styles off the default, and just change the colors and imagepaths)

Sweet...i thought it might have something to do with the css....wasn't sure...and like isaid in another post...I usualy am not one to do any backing up befor ei make changes...

One of these days its gonan really bite me in the arse....

I do have one other question...

when someone attaches an image...it goes WAY left......is there a way for me to keep attachements wehre the text would be normally?

Actually, that is how I designed it. The signature is aligned like that as well.
I am pooped right now, but I will do an alternate version, and share the images I made for the buttons as well. I had to reinstall windows xp, so I am not in the mood to do much else. (still have so much more to install...lost so many files) :(

Yeah man...I know what ya mean.....I had a crp seagate hard drive in my system...It crashed on me last week...I had to reinstall an abundant supply of proggies myself

While I am at it, do you want the signature to be lined up with the message as well? Also, for the things lined up with the message, did you want them to be at the bottom of the table, or floating like the default vb way?

only thing I woulda like to be changed is the alignment of the attachments...everything else is PERFECT!

In the future I may change only one thing and use it in a different style on ym boards..

I may want to have the user info to the left underneath the avatar just like it is here with the borders around the info...

Right now i need to figure out why when i added Saint's border-around quote mod... the dotted lines became solid again

I'm not a major newbie with this stuff....I have been getting rather involved with it in the past 2 weeks....I barely see my wife anymore cause I am working so much now... :(

edit again... feel free to visit my boards (http://www.sloth-loves-chunk.com) if ya wish...I still have many changes to remake ;)

Ok, all you have to do is place a break: <br> after the $post[message], and place $post[attachment] after the break. Then scroll down a couple lines and delete the $post[attachment] that was already there.
