I have redesigned the profile on my forums using one of the template mods at vB.com and I need some help customizing it...if possible.
I have the picture hack installed and would like that to be it's own category if possible like the avatar is - a stand alone thing...
Only thing is...it's defined under the $customfields so three other things pop up when I try and move it to a different location...
Any ideas?
Here's a screen shot:

Can you post your code for this template? Someone here might edit it for you. :)
Otherwise, I'd copy the section of code for the avatar and put your image inside of that. In other words relace the avatar portion of the code with your picture code.

Sure...I'll post it no problem :)
I'm just having trouble breaking the picture out of the $customfield.
Plus, I added the extras back in since I took that SS - like the flag, store, and quotes hack...and those all look fine.
But here goes it...
Many thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

So, can you post another screenshot then with all the hacks installed? It would help me as I take a look at your code.
Secondly, where do you want the photo to appear?

Where do I want it to appear... :D
I was hoping for some creative help on that one... ;)
I was thinking maybe keeping the avatar on the left and adding the photo on the right...then just dropping everything else below it? Or would that look dumb?
Plus, I'm going to start restricting sizes of pics now that I have this new layout... :)
Oh well, now for the updated SS:

Small problem.
It seems that the photo is part of your custom fields. So, to move the photo also means moving the custom fields as well. :(
I think I can get around it, but I will need the code from the "getinfo_customfields" template.
Edit: I've attached an image to show you what I've been able to do thus far. It's going to look weird becuase it's not on your forum, but I think you'll get the general idea.

I just wanted to begin by saying thank you for all of your help thus far. :)
...and to say your prelim on the profile looks great!
Okay, here is my getinfo_customfields template...

Hmmm, that wasn't what I was expecting, but maybe it'll work. Just be sure to save your current template as a separate text file just in case. :)
Here's your new postbit.

It didn't work... :(
But that's okay. I have a new idea that hopefully won't be as difficult...
It'll just take some HTML...
I added the Last X Threads in Profile and it looks great accept for some alignment difficulties...
I'll post the screen shot and the text file to show my mistakes...
In the text file, I added the data from the custom template from the Last X Threads in Profile just to see if there was any relation to the problem...
Thanks a bunch for all of your hard work :)

What didn't work? Everything should have looked fine from a structure standpoint, but I wasn't sure about the picture. I'm just curious what, specifically, didn't work.
Also, can you PM me the URL to your board?

Yes, the structure looked PERFECT. Thank you. It's just that the picture wasn't showing as you thought it might. I think that needs an actual hack.
But it's okay. It's finally working now. Thanks a bunch for your HTML help!
If you still want it, the URL to my board is: http://www.talkhardonline.com/forum

Great, glad it worked. :)
I thought you already had the hack installed, so that explains why it didn't work. Is everything square now?
Also, I tried to check out your board, but it's locked so I can't see the end result. Can you post a screenshot of the Get User page?
