In UBB, there was an edit so you could use members from your digichat and link it into your board. Also another part which allowed u to see who was in chat at that time.

Is there one like this for Vb?

What you're asking for is a hack. vBT doesn't support hack, only template mods. I'm afraid you're going to have to go to vBulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org) for an answer.
