I don't know if it's possible, but take a look at this thread (http://www.vbulletintemplates.com/mods/showthread.php?s=&threadid=437&highlight=flash) and there are some information there.

If you are successful in enabling it, keep in mind that it may really slow down your forums having to load all those flash bits. Animated .gifs would probably give the same result with a smaller file size. What if someone includes music in their .swf?

    This is true. I'd stick to animated .gif's over anything. There's no fuss in loading.
