Why does it put double images here?

Edit: Well the first problem I encountered was that the name of the background-cat_bg-has 2 speech marks in the background tag-<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor=""#3333ff" background="images/cat_bg.gif"">
The problem which I think is causing the double lines is here:
<td bgcolor=""#3333ff" background="images/cat_bg.gif"" width="100%">
<!-- time zone and post buttons -->
<table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor=""#3333ff" background="images/cat_bg.gif""> I suggest taking one of those out-I think it will sort it, cant gaurentee it though-Sorry:)
