Well, right now it does not look any different than the basic install of vBulletin, so there is not much to review.

Yeah, there is nothing to rate really. The buttons are nice but you can just get those at Pixeljunction.com (http://www.pixeljunction.com) for free. Also, I would remove that text at the very top. It looks...bad..

Why don't you change it then repost ;)

well my friend, all i can say is get-a-workin' on the colors! :)
no effence, i just cant stand the plain old vBulletin look.
anyways... nice job with the mod's so far, they seem to be installed nicely.
im sure it would look great if you got a nice header, with a nice vBulletin style, and a few more added mods.

anyways, good luck with your forums.
