who's online colors

saw this once and have always wanted it, but never could figure it out, i know its probably easy to do, just a quick template mod

on the "who's online" forum home display, i want like, instead of admins being bold and ilatic, also be a certain color, same with mods (diffrent color tho)

that make sense?
