Not sure, but i think AdminCP menu's are now done with a XML-file. I think you will find a topic in the vB3.5 How-To forum.

If you mean you port it over and use the code from invision board, it's piece of cake, the big thing is you should use vb code and template system.
Currently it's a BIG pain in the axx if you want to change one template, it's very hard for novice webmaster to figure out how. its pure code of IB is not recommended.
and someone even said that (perhaps it's Kall) he successfully installed ibproarcade on 3.5 forum.

http://www.ibproarcade-vb.com/arcade.php?Oh, okay. I thought you ment a full conversion to vB, rather than a fudge of the current code. Still, as long as it works, that's the main thing ... :)

Read the first post. Chris is the author. ;)
The question is a valid one, and could be just answered by the threadstarter i think. If permission in this case was an issue, why didn't a vB.org moderator such as yourself question it right away? There's a history here concerning the arcade hack(s) and it sucks to have to see some start to attempt to inhibit progress all over again.
I don't know if deathemperor got permission from Jelsoft, but i know for sure that you don't have. But if you don't know if the other dude doesn't have permission from Jelsoft, how exactly can you know for sure that I don't? :D
Do tell.
Cheers,
~Regs.

Questions were asked and answered... No one has permission from Jelsoft to be an ass. Get along and make some add-ons if that is your predisposition.
