ok i cant install it

i get
Fatal error: Please upgrade to vBulletin 3.5.0 or greater in /includes/init.php on line 163

after im doen wit hthe isntall process

There must have benen smth. wnt wrong during the upgrade process - I'v read of several ppl. having the same problem.
You can try to upload tools.php to your admincp directory and rebuild the bitfield cache.

i didnt upgrade from anything i just did a fresh install on a test board
