It it a true that when makeing a new page for vbulletin 3.5.0 useing the same method as 3.0.* that.

define('NO_REGISTER_GLOBALS', 1);

Is no longer needed?

Its defined once, defineing it again and again in all sub-sequent files caused abit of slowdown.
