Can't post

I've reg'd, and "Activated" my account from the link that i got in my email, yet i still can't post threads in other forums (even tho it told me after activation i will be able to). What else is needed for me to do?

Oh, i see. Didn't know that's required. Will have to pass up on that as im not the root admin of the forum and i don't have those but my other pard.
