Embed into webpage???

Is it possible to embed a forum into a webpage

Basically I want to have this forum http://www.soapchat.net/forumdisplay.php?f=111

But have the top and side menu from http://www.knotslanding.net

Any advice?

Trying to embed is a nightmare (see phpbb in phpnuke). Take a look at your templates.

Im not a techy person so have no idea where to start in terms of editing the templates.
