one forum which includes info from many?

ok i have leased the software for about a month i am building a forum which will be separated by states in the u.s. in the index page
so the index page will be like choose your state and when you click on the state it will show you the child forum which will be named the same for each state but will be diffent forums now my question to you is is there any way i could put a master forum on the index page where you could click and the child forums will show the posts of all the states ? Example

index
master forum ------child- autos cards merchandise all the states(utah,denver,washington) forum info taken from below

utah---------------child- autos cards merchandise only utah

denver---------------child- autos cards merchandise only denver

washington-----------child- autos cards merchandise only washington

If I understand this correctly, they do the same thing here if you look at the main forum page you will see Full Releases (Subforums) and Full Releases (Old Layout). The old layout is just a search of everything within all the subforums.

So if your parent forum is id 33 then https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/search.php?do=getdaily&days=1000&f=33 will search and display all of the posts within the subforums of that parent. the path will be www.yoursite.com/forum/search.php?do=getdaily&days=1000&f=33 and change 33 to your forum id, then make a new forum with that link in it and it should do what you are asking, at least in part.
