How do I make a US map in the forums?

the one on that site is an imagemap (http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/wilbur/special/map.html)... however, I think it would be best to use flash for such things

Can I get more info on imagemaps, i cant figure out how to create one for the US. Can anyone help?
