Forum info box - see link please

I've looked around for this and don't see it anywhere. Have I missed it somewhere? I'm looking for the hack that installs that little box that contains the forum info at a glance.

Try searching www.vbulletintemplates.com since i guess this is done with only a template mod. Maybe you can even find it at vbulletin-style.com.
