How Much is it to get a board by Vbulletin?

That's not fully true.
If you have an owned license, you can get hacks (and support for them) as long as your license is valid (eg. forever if you don't violate the terms).
But if you want access to vbulletin.com members area to get updates, etc. you must pay those 30 $ for another year.
