Is there a way of making a post of news automaticly ?

Take sky sports for instance can i auto take the news from there and it posts on to my forums in a certain place ?

I use this article bot (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=67078&highlight=rss) to feed news items from various rss feeds .. works well on 3.0.6
