Require profile pic field in registration?

Require profile pic field in registration? I'm making a showcase site and need to be able to require a photo upload in order to approve the registration?

Any ideas?

You can easily do that but I would advise against it. You will lose many prosepect by doing that... for sure..

That leads me to the custom registration field. The main community members will have just a standard registration like every other vbulletin . But the Stangette will have a submission form to be a Stangette. So far I got about 15 submissions through a CGI script and and email with their info. I hope this makes sense.
