How can i make someone the admin over just certain section? Like i want someone to have permission to be able to add arcade games or moderate the RPG inferno but not have full admin powers

You'd have to check with the author of the hack, because it differs for each one.

I think that you could create a secondary administration group, removing any user-end features you do not want them to have (i.e. moderating posts, viewing IPs etc), then you could ensure that they can only access certain parts of the Admin CP by denying them access via Administrator Permissions - This is probably about the only way I can think of that would take you about 5 seconds lol;)
