Unable to receive password reset

I registered this name just so i could post this but I havent been here in a while and I couldnt remember my password so i asked to have it sent to me but the email never comes. I have turned off all spam filters and even test the email address to be sure it was working by sending test mails from work and hotmail account and everything comes thru ok but for some reasong i'm not receiving the email to reset my password. My user name is Refertech.
