Send new threads of the day by mail

Hello everybody,
I would like to automatically send to a group of users (whom I have their e-mail addresses) a daily email containing a list of all new created threads in this day.
This list will only contain the subject of each thread and a link to it.

Anyone has any idea on how to do something like this?
Any hint?

If I could do it I will share my results.
