I really have no idea how to do it but i very need this .
i need to add java script banner in the bottom of navbar.
for it will appear on every page.

how can i do it ?

you would insert the code into the very bottom of the navbar template to get it to show up. You could probably just insert in like you would insert javascript into a basic html page.
