Newbie needs Help

I'm a total moron when it comes to this stuff so keep that in mynd if my request seems silly. Some of my users are requesting A "last 10 active threads" window at the bottom of my forum home and trhey also want to see who else is viewing the thread as well.....Like I said... I'm an idiot when it comes to this, so please be gentle.....

the who else is viewin the thread is at the bottom right of the thread..

and install the top x stats.. for latest threads.. works great for me..
