and i want to download "the last 10 post" and i cant download also. Why. Can you inform me please

Thank you very much "Zachery" to inform me very quickly.But the issue is that;
İ am from turkey and my friend (i know him from web) has a website http://forum.milyoner.net and he has the infos that you want. But he wanted me to find "last 10 post" . And i started to find that on web. And i found a link "https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=12324&highlight=last10" in your forum and registered.
is not there any way to get this "last 10 posts"?
by ""last 10 posts", i mean, it will show the last xx posts on index.php page.
You will say that tell your friend to give the infos. But i cannt :(. İf there is any way please help me. my mail ayhan.aydogdu@gmail.com
