3 piece logo

hey all I'm really noobish, I'm wondering how do i install a 3 piece logo set, where their is a left side, a middle which expands and contracts depending ont he user resolution and a right side , Thanks in advance!

make a table that has td, cut the logo into 3 peices too then td for one peice

Mine is in three peices and this is what i have put-
