sticky topics seperator

i'm looking for a mod that seperates between the sticky/announcement topics and the normal topics

Anouncements are already seperated, although to seperate sticky topics use this thread (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=101340) from the vb forums. This is a template edit so it does not count as a hack, so if you don't have any hacks installed it won't void support.
