Interesting color combination, I like it. :D
I think your style suffers from the complex header yet simple table design. Bit of a clash there.

I have been having people submit the tutorials, It says if they specify In the comments box there link will be added. If those were not submitted by the actual owner then he can use the contact link at the top.
I have put alot of effort in this site and if any article is pirated then somone use the contact link preferably the owner and link to the stolen article along with the one on hostinglibrary.
Not sure what is wrong with the DMCA policy though.
Edit: Well after looking into them more it was clear they were not submitted by them, I have removed them.
There are some people who submit tutorials that don't belong to them because they don't like me(probobly somone from wht).
Anyway thanks.
If you find anymore you know what to do, I will remove them if they are stolen thats for sure.
Thanks for the comments everyone.

When I checked after Zachery's comment I saw that they were submitted by admin :) If you let admin user controlled by several people it might hurt you ;)
Nice style by the way :)

Thanks, I have realised it. I am turning forum integration on so when people join the forum it will allow them to post the tutorial themselves. This won't make me look bad then hopefully.
Thanks

You relize that you cannot take anyones articles from any site without full written consent?
patriotcow

No not if they have been submitted, Take a look at webdesign.templatemonster.com that works in a similar way. I know you cannot take them without permission though.

Thank you for contacting me Zach. I never heard about this site before until you emailed me and for good reason. The author has stolen all my work, period.
You never once asked me for permission of any of my articles or content. I have never agreed that you may use my content.
Even worse you never refer to my site for TAKING my content. It's bad enough I have people using my articles daily without asking permission but now guys like you take it without asking and dont' even bother to link to me as the source?
What you're doing is illegal.
Why not come up with your own idea instead of stealing other peoples hard work. I don't believe for one second that "people submitted the content" that's complete bull and you know it. Even if they did submit the content it DOESN"T BELONG TO THEM to being with.

This is just one example - why do I know this? Because I AM the person who originally wrote this article.
I'm furious that you would just steal all my hard work in an attempt do duplicate my site, you even used the same content management system - that's just bad manners. I'll be sure to be in contact with your hosting provider/data center to file a full complain to have your site remove the content or kick you off their servers.
I can't believe this, I think I'm going to start a section on my site of other who have stolen my content in a hall of shame, because the list keeps growing.

Well I can see your mad and you have a reason to be, but the content was submitted. I just spent ages reading through your site removing all that are on yours.
Sorry about this.

Nice style, I like the color scheme. I'm not going to say anything about any content issues because it's none of my business. :classic:
