uCash/download credit - ADD - points spent to view file go to member who posted file

I have ucash installed and the Download Credit Hack modified for ucash. My members appreciate my motives in controlling the downloads and having to pay for them with their points, but I would like to see the possibility of the points spent to download a file go to the member that uploaded the file.

Any chance this could be accomplished? I am not sure how to do this. Your feedback would be appreciated.
