How do I add link in the Header?

i am using vb 3.0.7, and my question is how to add Navbar Link.
I have installed vBadvanced, and when people visit my website, they go automaticly to my portal page.
but there is no link to forums
So could anyone help me making a navbar Link just like this one?

Look at the navbar template. You can copy paste some of whats there just change the relevant parts.
