How Do I Add a Just Upload Photos Feature?

Good morning! :-) I'm currently testing the functionality of vBGarage for use on my website. I've noticed two things - one is that I have to fill out a majority of fields before clicking submit or I get a please fill in all fields error message and two, I can only upload one image at a time.

How do I either stop the error message from occuring or allow just the upload of photos or both?
