I created an account under my usual nick Vexorg, and used my own email account ger**@*oards.ie to sign up. Went to download some files and found I had to add the email to the vb.com site. This i did and still no joy so I changed my email addy here to the owner email at vb.com.

I now find my vexorg account cannot do anything here, well i cannot create a new thread here in feedback using the account, can someone have a look at my account and see what I have or have not managed to do to it.

I got it to reset my password and mail it to me at the licence owner address, but again I cannot change my password or do anything on the site.

I have created this Vex0rg account to post here in feedback.

I cannot change the email address on this account to the owner email address as it tell me the email address is already in use:)

You help and guidence is appreciated:)

our vb install is at www.boards.ie, not that that makes any difference :confused:

Please remove the Vex0rg account thats the one with a 0 (zero)

Ok email in my user cp is the same as the owners email at vbulletin.com. Is there any reason why I cannot down load the sig script from this thread (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=60492&highlight=signiture) .

Any reason im getting Vexorg, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

You were licensed when i merged the accounts, so it's a bit wierd.
did you change the email afterwards?

Sorry for wasting your time, I appear to be wearing my twit hat this week!, I did change the email so that our global address did not get my notifications to answered threads, but of couse I did not update vbulletin.com with my own addy. Have done this now.

Im going to skulk off into a quite corner now, whimper for a while and then come back out looking for stuff.

Sorry about the confusion.
