create new template

I cant find where to add new template..

Where it says all style options, that drop down box should have an option to add a new template.

ok.. im a complete dumbass.. the dropdown box starts after the
thing i was looking for.. i kept scrolling down.. didnt know anything
was up above there.. thanks..
