Posts a Week Old.. cant be edited/deleted?

Hello everyone...

I have a strange problem on my board...
People, who leave our forums.. as a fun delete or edit there all posts with blank content!

And this is very irritating for us!

So, how can we setup a thing, so that any post which is 1 week older, cannot be deleted/edited by its author??
Only Mods/Admins can do it after 1 week!

Please help us on this issue...
Its a big headache for us to see such member actions!

ACP > vBulletin Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Time Limit on Editing of Posts.

Set to something like 180 (three hours).
